For a natal chart, you'll need your birth date and birth place. Birth time is optional, but adding it helps make the chart more accurate, especially for placements that depend on time, such as the rising sign and houses.
Yes. You can use simple sign-based compatibility now. Detailed synastry is planned for a future release and will let you compare two full charts using birth date, birth place, and optional birth time.
